MCM Interposer
This Interposer enables the VRAM ASIC packaged in an 88 QFN to connect to a 64 SSOP footprint. Adjacent to the QFN are four MLCC capacitors and one linear low drop regulator that converts the 3.3V supply voltage to the required 1.8V for the 0.18um AIC.

Citala flexible
ON projects used the ASIC we developed for Citala among other dies to build a flexible module. this module inclided flexible display, flexible battery, RTC with Crystal. the dies were thinned and bumped. we used ACF, COF and reflow assembly process to reduce costs. the modules are ISO 7816 resilient .
Citala ASIC
Define alaong digital ASIC with DC DC converter and flexible extreme low power display driver. Produce wafer, fabricate wafer,bumping, thinning and ship in blue tape. This ASIC is still produced and used by customers, 15 years after it was defined.
